What the role looks like:

We’re looking for a mission-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners—employers, health systems, and public agencies—and play a critical role in building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our Account Executives. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of social impact and tech, with clear pathways for growth into closing or customer-facing roles.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to employer, healthcare, and public sector prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Build and maintain lead lists using research tools and CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)

  • Help refine messaging and outreach strategies based on market feedback

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to test campaigns and optimize performance
    Track key KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and contribute to revenue growth


Who you are:

  • You have a passion for helping families and promoting diversity and inclusion

  • You have experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer engagement

  • You’re a strong communicator and natural relationship builder

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, and working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • You’re a team player who can both lead and ask for help when needed

  • Healthcare experience a plus

  • Enterprise experience a plus

What you can expect from us

  • $60,000 - $80,000  base salary + commission (OTE of $100,000 - $120,000+)
